چکیده
In Hungary, from the beginning of 19th century, horse-chestnut trees have been planted widely and are popular ornamental in public parks, along streets, gardens. summer 2015, longitudinal cracks on trunk branches intensive oozing brown liquid were observed a wound tree park Budapest. Some years later, 2018 2019, same symptoms found other locations Several bacteria reported that induce similar symptoms, including cankers bark trunks sticky, white, red, brown, or black oozing. These pathogens belong to genera Brenneria Lonsdalea. Bark exudate samples taken with aim identifying causal agent by conventional molecular methods. Our results confirmed isolated Aesculus hippocastanum genus phylogenetic analysis 16S rRNA gene region proved closest relation nigrifluens strains.

Representatives of the family Sapindaceae exhibit high morphological diversity of the nectary structure. The present paper shows for the fi rst time the results of micromorphological, anatomical, and ultrastructural analyses of fl oral nectaries in Aesculus hippocastanum. We have also described the forage and signal attractants of these fl owers, which are important for the ecology of pollinati...

متن کاملIsolation and Characterization of Brenneria nigrifluens Causing Bacterial Shallow Bark Canker of Walnut Trees in Golestan Province, Iran
Shallow bark canker incited by Brenneria nigrifluens is considered one of the most dangerous diseases which can cause a significant reduction in walnut and timber production. During spring and summer of 2019, walnut gardens were surveyed for symptoms like leaf spot, fruit, and stem canker from four different regions of Golestan province located in Iran. A set of 11 Gram-negative bacteria were ...
